tank cleaner???

can anyone recommend a good gas tank cleaner. i have one that has sat and probably has sludge in it.

just put in some mineral spirits (solvent for a solvent tank)..you can buy it at a paint store or Home Cheap-O. Let sit for a few hours, then shake the tank real well, let sit again for a while, and repeat for a day or two.

Once youve dumped it all out. Id remove the petcock and clean the screen by hand with a brush
