Sounds like you guys need to take some legal action if he doesn't pay you soon. Atleast if he were to give you guys some sort of contact and let's you know what the deal is it wouldn't be AS bad but it sound's like he is digging a huge hole for himself.. :scary:

The best thing you guys can do at this time would be to work together so the case will have a lot of proof that there is an issue, a lot of times specially with the way things are now if your a lone soul out there trying to chase your money its a lost cause!

I hope you guys get your cash, was this for quad parts I'm assuming? Also how long as it been for you guys? if you wait too long you won't have a chance at getting a cent..
