11:1 is the highest you would want to go. Any more than that you might have heat probelms in the woods.

what else do you have or plan on doing?

for your case i would just go with the 11:1 so you can still run pump fuel.. any higher and you would have to run at least 100 octane

11:1 is nice, but i know plenty of ppl run 12 to 1 for trail riding and it works fine for them.

look at what you have in your area. If you can get premium easily no matter where you are go 11:1 if not then go down to 10:1. I like mine. It runs great and I can run midgrade if I have to. Where I ride I can not always get 92 or 93 octane gas. It made it easy for me. For a little drags and stuff go with 11:1 if you can then you can have the extra grunt for the win. Good Luck with what ever you choose. steve

12.1 comp in my 416, 93 octane is ok, but I run 110.

high compreaaion is always good. the only real issues are cost of high octane and reliability of motor.
