new axle

i just bought a new g-force adjustable racing axle from rocky mountain ATV. i also bought the wrench for the locknut. i'm trying to think of how far i should extend it by from stock: 1 or 2 inches? i think i'm gonna do +1 because i ride mostly trails. if i do the +1, how much of and impact will it have on the overall performance?

if you have stock width front end, it will make turning at fast speeds feel allittle weird. i had a +2- +4 axle on mine and stock front it would lift the rear tire when turning. once i put the 400 front end on, it still lifts the rear tire but i can't feel it because of the extra width in the front. other than that not much effect on performance that i noticed.
