i got this sick dremel kit with like 40 attachments for christmas and i was wondering if you think it would work to polish some little things like the throttle cover and stuff....its got low and high speed and stuff...just wondering what you think.it has a few different polishing attachments so thats were i got the idea

I've heard other people doing it with that. Its just slow going because your polishing with such a small area.

I have tried it, it goes really slow. Dont try to use the high speed, i did that with one of the polishers and it just burnt up from the high speed. then it left a horrible burnt odor in the basement. on low speed it should be fine, but hopefully its a small area.

I tried it and gave up... Dremels usually don't have enough power to buff some good scratches out... I ended up just taking my stuff to work and using my tabel mount grinder/polisher... That thing kicked *****$$...
