Hey I'm lookin for some good info on air tools. I need a good air wratchet Im not really sure what to stay away from. It will be used several times a week and I think I want something at least 70 ft lbs of torque.

So far Ive looked at these brands... chicago neumatic, central, neumatic, IR, SK, Craftsman. Is the CFM rating something important to look at before buying? Tell me what you know. Thanks -Max

i like ingersoll and craftsman

cfm is how much airflow it needs to run, just needs to be something your compressor can push

if its gonna see moderate/heavy use spend the extra money for the IR. that harbor freight probably won't come near 100 ft/lbs and probably wont stand up to heavy use too long

$10 dollars total cost. I might go get one, but I've had bad experiences with air ratchets.

I'd go with IR. Second choice would be the CP.

I was going to go pick one up from harbor freight, but my dad said he'd give me one of his old snap-on impact wreches.

Yet another perk of having a dad that is a mechanic.:)
