Just like the Honda shop told me when I first got started. Jetting is a guess & try game. Heres a tip though, when you buy your jets, buy the kits that have alot of jets... (ex. 120-130). It saves alot of money. Also, what other mods do you have on your bike. Pipe, airfilter, piston? Do you want to jet your bike with or without the air lid?

:) Da300exer I have a 96 330 big bore kit from powroll with Ids2 supertrapp full system, drilled out abox lid , oil cooler. I ride at between 500-1000ft elevation ,I found the 132[ kehin hex stock] ran a very nice color tan on the plug check I did. The stock jet is 122 and Iwas told 3-4 jet sizes bigger is in the ball park. The kehin jets go 122,125,128,130,132,135 and run around $3-4 bux apiece. The dynojets are numbered different so know which ones you are using. Also I'm running the stock pilot, and raised the clip on the needle jet one notch[richer at 3/4 throttle].Contact me if you need to know anything else.
