I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the 500 cc kit that fourstroketech.net sells? I heard from one guy that it works great. I was wondering what kind of carb like if 450r would work. It doesn't sound like a bad deal, just wondering what some owners have experienced with it.

Do you own one ?

If not, why would you say that ?

Id like to hear from your won experience why you think that this kit would be less reliable then any other displacement kit out there.

I have been building bikes for 20+ years and have my own experience building HUGE cc's in both 2 and 4 strokes. So Im curious.

I was kind of worried about reliability issues too. Even though I know that people that usually have issues don't usually do it right the first time. A guy a work with has a friend who put this on his quad with the stock studs. He even said that 500 never gave him a problem, but the 440 quad he bought done by someone was always giving him problems. The guy I work with said this guy beats the s**t out of his quads. But I would like to know of any experience anyone else had.

Thanks,
Brent

i had a warrior engine dont by FST and it was great. it was a 462cc and was very reliable. i heard the 500cc kit is more reliable than some builders 440's.

FSt also does a 500cc liquid cooled 400ex. it was in an article of dirtwheels about 5 years ago.
