electrical problem 450r

i have a 05 honda 450r that i got from a guy with a blown up motor i rebuilt it from the ground up started no problem, but i noticed i have no power to the headlights and my fan hasn't never even came on, what do you guys think bad ground maybe

do you have the key and temp light hooked up?

i got the key bypassed just unplugged the ignition, but yes everything else is plugged in the temp light never comes on ever when you first kick start it
