I changed the oil in my 2000 Yamaha Big Bear 400 4x4 to Amsoil's 0W-40 synthetic ATV motor oil. I don't know if it's going to help my engine at all. It did however make my transmission noticeably easier to shift. Just figured I'd pass that along. YMMV!

i have ran amsoil in my crf hybrid for years, i have tested different oils and i can tell a noticeable difference in how fast it revs while running 0-40 amsoil.

also i have sent samples of amsoil back to have tested after 6-8 hours of racing, the results were the oil was still good for several more hrs. now i don't recommend anybody to run there oil for more than 3-4 months, but amsoil does, and stands behind it. i don't know anyone that has blown a motor and tried to get amsoil to pay up!
