honda vortex ignition box on ltr

does anybody how this actually works? i know cody gibson ran it on his ltr but i cant get a straight answer from walsh or atp.

It might have something to do with no Fuel injection on his Quads.

ea i kno that and on my 09 race bike that im building its not going to have fuel injection im sending the motor to atp and getting there carb kit along with the kick-start. i cant get a straight answer from anybody about it

he had trx 450 complete ignition on his ltr
custom stator mount, complete wiring harness, cdi,coil

I believe that I heard that he had a honda wiring harness, stator flywheel and CDI. it makes the ltr run like a honda.

I don't think it's really that simple. I know that as Titan said above, you would need a custom Stator mount for the stator to fit. I've also seen pictures of Gibson's LTR and Walsh had to make a custom float bowl for the carb because of the angle it fit into the boot. In short there are a lot of custom parts that went into making Gibson's LTR run off Honda electronics so I don't think it would be as easy as buying the Honda stuff and bolting it on. The only way to get the custom things would be from Walsh, ATP or make it yourself. I know ATP does make a carb kit for $1100 but I don't know what they do with the ignition.
