the dial a jet is suposed to give u instant throttle responcec and better horsepower and u can switch jetting with the turn of a dial instead of changing the jets. they say the dial a jet compensates for poor fuel and temp changes automatically too i just got mine today so i didnt get to try it out yet if u didnt already know they have alot of info about them at www.thunderproducts.com

dyno jet is ***** and they are splitting up relations with k&n so do not waste your cheddar.

Dyno jet has some great kits but they dropped the ball on the 400ex.

The Dial-a-jet helps to make you jetting more self compensating but will not out perform a bike that is jetted properly.

The dyno jet and the Dial a jet are 2 differant setups and cannot be compared apples to apples.
