If my valves are not good anymore, when i get new vavles would i have to do any hear work or do i just install the new valves???

There are all kinds of things you should do but do you want to spend the money? If you don't be prepared to replace them often. There are alot of posts on valves. You should have the seats recut or replaced and also upgrade springs to DRZE or more expensive ones. Make sure to change the cam chain and replace automatic cam chain tensioner with a manual one. I replaced my worn stock valves with black diamond ones but did nothing else and they were worn in less then 3 months!

Anytime you get new valves you should have the seats cut or lap them in depending on the condition of the seats
