Last week I purchased the Magic Bullet. I made this purchase at Tops in Lxxxport, NY on 12/12/2008 for the amount of $29.95 with intentions on making salsa.
Unfortunately, your product has not performed satisfactorily because the motor cannot handle more than 10 seconds of usage. This prevents the salsa from getting grounded up enough to make use of. Therefore, to solve the problem, I would appreciate your company to refund me my money as the product guarantee has failed me. Enclosed are copies of my receipt purchase, and the guarantee that was included.
