Small oil dran plug stripped!!

Changed the oil and i some how stripped the small dran plug. Should i just try to retap it or do i need to drill it bigger then tap.
Any help?

So do you not knock out the tab in the heli-coil.

Yes small needle nose pliers hold on 2 the tab.
