Bent my steering stem, and see an extended one in the paper. Do I need anything else or can i just put this one in?

Slap er on there. You might have to re-route your lines.

ON A 450 THE BRAKE HOSE WILL BE TO SHORT SOME STEMS YOU CAN UNBOLT THE HOSE AT THE TOP
