I opened up my engine for the first time to put the new esr 310 and I found a hot rods crank. Its stamped "CK 109". Ive searched the net but cant find any useful info. Im pretty sure its stock length for long rod. Also on the crank someone engraved 9764 9, and has a G stamped on it. Anyone with any info it would be nice.

be careful..im in the same situation as you..i also bought that top end..i also purchases a bottom end with new case halves from a member that had that same crank as yours in it and he tore up his power valve top end with less then 30 hrs on that crank...so i bought a brand new oem crank off of ebay this last weekend...i would hate for that to happen to your new top end

Ive been running it the past 10 months, put about 10 tanks of gas in it and ad no problems with it. I heard its kinda hit or miss with hot rods. Is it stock length?

I have a hot rods crank that is stamped CK109 also. It is an 87-89 style rod or long rod whichever you want to call it.
