rough shifting on my 300ex?

hi, i have just redone my whole rear end assembaly (everything in the rear end) and i am having a problem shifting. it feels as if i am shifting with the clutch out and still holding the throttle. i am a little low on oil and i was told that my problem was that i simply need oil. can you help me quick! im going with some buddys to a track soon and need this problem fixed. thanks!

Sounds likw your need N OIL change. the engine oil also run through the tranny and when the oil looses it viscosity it makes it harder to shift after about 20-25 hrs on my qaud it starts to shift a little difficult as soon as change the oil it shifts great again.
