New Light Old Quad

Hi guys,

I have been trying to find this on the forum but could not find it.

I am converting my plastics on my 2002 Honda 400EX to 05-07 black plastics. I have read on here how to do that but I was wondering about the headlight.

I know the hood on the 400ex is different from 02-07 and the 07 has a different headlight. Has anyone used the old headlights on a plastics conversion?

I have no problem buying a headlight to fit an 05-07 on ebay so if I do that do I need to change wiring or just put the old bulbs and wiring into the new headlight setup

no one answered you ha um just buy a new headlight and take your old harness part with the light bulbs in it and take the new one out of the headlight and put your old one in it works perfect i did it to my quad.
