Aftermarket TRX 250r frame on its way

I sent you out a frame today, along w the sub and a stem.--UPS

It is to go w the stuff from the other day.--USPS

Gloss White for the frame and subframe

Candy Blue for the stem.

It will need some work on the frame, like most of the crap I
send!! LOL!

We think the frame is either a JRD or early LSR. I saw a plate on the front, let me know after its stripped.. thx!

dont powder that frame yet.. we might have to weld some motor mounts in.

I have been talking w LSR. Do you have a 250r motor laying around. or cases, to line up to see what we need to get this to work? They are willing to sell me the "tabs" to weld on. But we have to drop in a 250r cases to see what it needs.. Sorry didnt know.

On a good note, the rest of the parts could be done! Sorry!

When you can,. please take a good look at that frame. If you thk I should order the tabs, mounting stuff I will. I want this frame to be a great foundation for another build. Please let me know, no hurry~~ Just want to do it right. Here is what this guy said.

"You know looking at your frame versus our 250r frames im really not positive that our mounts will work on that frame. I can sell them to you and you can try them if you would like but you’ll be looking around $75 for the tabs. I have attached a pic of our 250r frame so you can take a look at it and tell me what you think."

pappy, please pull the footpegs off that frame. I just bought some IMS pegs that should work. Powder the factory ones gloss black.. thx!

I will get the LT parts done asap ...honestly they were set with the 250r stuff and I dropped the ball on them:p

All I'm waiting for the R stuff is some free time and a hand to take some measurements. I have 2 or 3 small jobs left then I am free and clear to tackle that project:)

this yfz is going to be white w orange.

the trx is going to be gloss white w blue

lt80 will be black w yellow

Got the YFZ frame and sub in today. It heads to blasting tomorrow

I have most of the R parts ready to start coating but still need to do alot of work on that frame in the areas we discussed etc....but I will start completing and send back parts as they are done.

Dave, the YFZ frame is stripped and I will pick up the sub in a day or so

The LSR chassis- From what I can see, nothing needs to be done to the engine mounts per-se'. They are bolted on BUT appear that they have been broken off. I will unbolt the broken mounts and you can order new ones etc.

Both will be hanging for powder shortly

a single yfz spindle is on the way from a purchase, along with a pair of beadlockers, gloss blk for the wheel portion, and white for the trim ring, white for the spindle.. thx

LT80 stuff is all but done, just one small part that had to degrease a bit more then the others

Moly work is hanging (2 spindles, 2 calipers etc)

Working on the other parts now as well.

Dave, I just stripped all the yfz parts, just wondering if you had a particuliar orange in mind? i did a search and couldnt find any posts that showed an orange we had used so I just want to narrow it down. I have a chevy type orange and atvfourplay type orange. Both get cleared..just didnt know if we had to match something up.
