will yfz 450 front shocks fit my 400ex?
if they do which is better yfz450 shocks or 450r?

you have to gring the top mount on the yfz shocks to fit but yeah they will fit with a little modification. we just put a set on a 400ex and i think i like them better than my 450r shocks. the yfz shocks are bout the same length or maybe a **** hair shorter than stock and they feel great.

i got a hell of a deal from a guy on another site, i bought new 450r fronts and a set of yfz shocks milled to fit a 400ex for $205 shipped

hey mazda wanna sell a pair? Im still waiting on my 450r fronts from atvmaster... He has excuse after excuse to why they're not here. I'm pretty sure he scammed me and I'm out 175 and Im on a budget. I really need some so I can ride...

sorry suicide i've already sold both both sets. i really hope that u get ur money or shocks. i also hope somebody beats his *** for ripping everybody off. i've heard hes ripped seversl people off. i got a really good deal on the shocks a decided to sell them and make some cash. it really sucks bein laid off or i would've kept the yfz shocks for myself but there was a guy on here wantin to sell a set450r fronts for $120 shipped and thats a good deal but i dont know if he still has them.

as said, a little work with a cut-off wheel and they fit and work great. i've only ridden with them for one afternoon in the snow, but could def tell the improvement.
