View Full Version : yamaha's new logo color??

has anyone noticed yamaha's new logo is now in red. it use to be blue. thats exactly what they did before they went from white to blue. they started making the logo's in blue right before the switch. anyone hear if there changing there colors to red? which would be crazy since honda has always been red. just something i noticed and figured what you all have heard or thought about it.

In the 80s Yamaha used to be Yellow and for a while they used white and red on their race bikes and stuff. It was only in the 90s that Yamaha went to only blue.

Its been that way for upwards of 6 months now. But yea, I like the blue a lot better.

yeap they figure so many customers are buying Honda's they should switch and maybe people would like their brand too because it resembles the best. Even Suzuki made the LTR450 in red now. Honda FTW! lol

The Yamaha logo has been red internationally for years. That is all they are changing, they are just switching to the international colors for the logo. The ATV colors wont be changing, and the Yamaha Racing logo will remain the same color.

I was thinking the exact same thing the first time i saw it! I thought it was kinda weird as well.
