Clutch issues

Im sure there is probably already a similar thread somewhere, so sorry if I am asking again. I was at a race this weekend, everything was fine for practice. When lining up for moto1, there was no feathering in the clutch...it would grab 100% when starting to let it out. After moto1 it was fine, and fine going up for moto 2, but started the grabbing 100% thing again on the line. Does this mean i need new plates? Ive never had clutch issues before so im not sure what is wrong. It was about 30degrees out, if that makes any difference? Any help?

Sorry, I can not offer any adivce, cause I am having the same problem. When I first start mine up and start to let out the clutch it doesnt slip (just grabs and you better be holding on!). But, after I ride for a few minutes the clutch is back to normal.

So I would also like to know what would cause this.
