full exh vs slip on

is there any noticable difference in a full exhaust vs the same slip on? I have a yoshi slip on and just bought a yoshi header and added pipe to the header to go back to the slip on.
will I notice a difference in power or sound?

a little, not enough to be worth it unless you have engine work done.
