Annoying Squeaky Shocks

i have a 300ex that ive benn jumoing for about a week on like 4 ft hills and now my stock shocks have this annoying squeaky sound. as soon as you push down it starts. does anyone know whats wrong with them or how i can fix it?

pull the shocks off and grease the bushings in the mounts...

oh, yes...and no...it would help to grease the mounts, but i was refering to the bushings in the mounts also

preferably a marine grade grease

while ur at it it it take onl an hour longer remover ur swing arms and clean/lube those bearings. much smoother ride.

Your shocks are probably bad, if they spring like a pogo stick you need to get them rebuilt
