Just got this finished but I will start by sharing a few of the pre-build photos to get everyone up to date. Still trying to get the jetting dialed in but other then that I think it turned out phenomenal.
Let me know what you think?

I would guess at max 300...His 125 is about 10-15 lbs lighter but the torque difference is amzing. We finally got it dialed in this afternoon. The stock leak jet on the 40mm carb is a 70. I went down to a 40 and it screams now. I am glad that headache is gone.

It's a JB. One of his Mod 90 frames just a littler beefer and a little bigger motor..LOL

That's an awsome build. Very clean. If you don't mind me asking, what is the wall thickness of the main frame?

NOt sure but it is a little larger then his 125 frame. I would have to ask JB (Jody).

Looks like an AWESOME quad. Just wondering your thoughts on why you built?
The reason I ask is my daughter is getting to the age of needing to move up from the mini's, but she's not quite ready for a 450. I was wanting to build her a 250 based mod as well, but had some hesitations as to power, handling, etc. She would be racing this in a local (TQRA) women's 450 class and I was wondering how it would perform? She weighs 85lbs soaking wet in gear and is 5ft at 12yrs old.
Thanks,
Kelly

As always Eric "Nice Quad!"
I saw this bike first hand this weekend in Victorville Ca. at the WORCS race. The pictures do not do this bike justice!
I don't think I have ever seen your soon ever jump that far.
A little more seat time and he will be up front battling for sure!
