How to keep polished part polished.

My R has been apart for a long time.Why it has been apart I have polished the clutch case,stator cover,cylinder,And some other things.

How do you guys keep this stuff shiney.I mean it has been sitting in my dresser drawer for a long time.Something got on them.And it totally messed them up.This was sitting in my room.I can't imagine what's gonna happen whenever all the roost from lappers hit it.:)

So how do you guys keep it in good shape?

You could clear coat it...

get them clear coated :D

ya gotta keep polishing it:(

or get some clear and spray over it. eastwood makes a clear just for that purpose:eek:
