i think they sound like somebody farting underwater without them.

No preformance gains because of the chambered design of the exhaust.. All it does it make it sound like a baby farting under water and makes people with real exhaust's point and laugh.

I went through that phase.. and after one ride it was welded back on.

I think having it all stock is more respectable then the baffle cut out. it sounds like crap

Save for a slip-on, I bought one of those tips off of e-bay for $35 thinking the same thing. Worst $35 I've ever spent of my life. Just put a HMF slip-on on and what a difference there is. Snappier, and pulls a little bit more.

Honestly, leave it in. Where i ride i mostly see young kids doing that, or just taking the whole end cap off. They just want it to be loud...I Think it sounds terrible.

i drilled about 12 1/4" holes in the baffle plate that has only one tube going through it and is closest to the outlet to relieve back pressure. i also took the spark arrester out drilled the welds out to get the spark arrester screen off. then cut off the small resonator pipe and welded the spark arrester screen back on. it really helped as you could feel the difference, its not abnoxously loud and has a very mello rumble. and with the spark arrester and stock cannister its totally legal and dont even get a second look.

yea i did the same thing...cut the baffle...and drilled 1/4" holes in that first baffle plate....it wasnt much of a boost but it sounded better and it ran alittle bit better for me....if u can't afford an exhuast its worth it in my option...im sure if i was to take the air box lid off it would give it even more jump
