Best place to buy 11:1 piston w/ XR cam

Im looking for the best place to get a 11:1 standard bore piston, and a XR drop in cam. Are there any mods required for the different cam ex. compression release....etc... All you guy's that have done similiar mods how was the result in power? Im gonna buy the T4 pipe.......

how's the power, i'd like to do the same thing at 11:1, but only with a 440 big bore, so as i could still use good pump gas and add some 104 if need be.

where in Ohio or near will do the machine work(with quality and reputation), installation at a fair price?
