My bike sounds like it has bad valve tap when it's cold. Once it warms up it's fine and runs great with no noises. When i checked the valves they were a little loose so i tightened them to the spec and when i was turning it over by hand i heard the clicking. It is right in the clutch side exhaust valve (on the valve with the decomression). Like i said tho it's only when its cold. When i did the adjustment i spun it to the spot tightened all of them and then spun it more to the spot where the one valve gets loose and tightened that one to .005 to. Is that the way to do it? What could the noise be?

I just ripped it apart again and double checked the valves and they were all good no problems. The clickin sounds like it's coming right from the decompression on the cam (or in that area) Does anyone know what it could be?

Ok i might have to tear the rocker box cover off and check it out. It's one of them things that once it warms up it runs great and doesn't make he sound. But i just hate noises like that for some reason. Does anyone thing it's bad for it? Cause i don't beat on it untill the sound goes away so it's not like im hammering on it while it's chattering.

Could be a stretched cam chain.

I would recommend both. I heard a "noise" and next thing I knew, I threw the cam chain. Ouch...
