Fdo 493 ???

Anyone have one or have any info about them ...

There was one at the last MX i went to and it looked more powerfull than the yz426s and crf450 that were there. The rider wasn't all that great though so couldn't tell a whole lot. I have talked to a couple of other guys that have them and they love them. Fully done they are not for woods riding at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They don't as far as I know.....

I have not heard of any real oveer heating problems on the FDO 493. I haven't hear of any problems with any of FDO's motors

FDO stands for FOR DIRT ONLY it is a smaller up and coming company. I say up and coming but he has about 15 strokers to finish right now he has got in the last couple of weeks. The owner's name is MIKE and he is a great guy to work with. The deal primarily with HONDA 4strokes mainly the 400ex. He specializes in big bores and strokers. And Soon we be working with cannondale motors. And No hes does not have a web site
