I think ESR still has theirs on sale. Might want to look into it.

I have a 310 Pro-x cylinder/head with CT scribed on the side. I've converted it to run with a 4mm crank, 110 octane, fully ported. It put down around 58 at the rear wheels. $650 shipped. I'm looking to go back to a stock set up.

A new ESR cylinder won't put out the hp of that cylinder machwon has for sale.

Why is that 8686 ?
I have owned CT cylinders in the past there no big deal, I currently run a CPI sphinx PV mine puts out 57 rear wheel HP no big deal , I just want a aftermarket cylinder I can have ported for woods to put in my woods bike.

What size engine is your CPI Sphinx PV? I guess what I mean to say is that top end he has for sale is pretty stout. The new ESR cylinder should be ideal for you.

My sphinx is the only size you can get 72mm its the same casting as the other CPI cylinders puma, sabertooth, only its abolt on no case mods ,
its nicasil so the displacement never changes as are most CPI cylinders
NO worries though I bought a 330 cylinder

Did you ever find out who built that motor? I'd like to get one of those but haven't lined anybody up who can do the machining for the powervalve since they have it sealed off in the cast.

The cylinder is ported for dune riding with emphasis on mids and topend power. I built this cylinder last march with a fresh bore and piston kit. Since then I've dyno tested it 20 some times with a couple different pipes and carbs. With the runs and doing wheelies around the back field, I've probably ran 3 tanks full of gas through it total. As with most R's the power starts around 6500, really starts pulling at 7k and has 30 ft-lbs of torque from 7500-9400 rpm (that's a pretty good torque curve).

I think someone was looking for a better deal but $650 shipped includes the cylinder, head, dome, spacer plate, piston kit. It will need a new O-ring kit as I don't think I have an extra one. I could be off base but I'd like to hear what anyone else is offering for power in that price range. I've seen mx ported 350 pv's do much worse than 50 hp, but that cylinder probably performed better off the shelf.
