i hacked mine, and no regrets after i did it. i took masking tape n laid out my basic design first and after i got it to look how i wanted it to look i cut em. i used a cut off wheel on a hand grinder... worked well for me but most people say a sharp utility knife works good by scoring the plastic, but make sure it dont get away from ya. then when your done take some fine grit sand paper and smooth down hte edges where you cut. gives it a nice clean look ! GOOD LUCK!

Jigsaw worked well, but make sure you dont stop or the plastic tends to melt in that spot.

i used a dremel and cut off wheels but a buddy of mie did it with an exacto knife and the stove he just heated the knife and then cut it like butter sanded and look sweet!

I used masking tape to lay out the rough design then cut it with a air saw. I jig saw will work good too but the air saw was easier to move around. Then I used a sander to fine tune the cut and make the edges nice and smooth.

razor blade works awesome, it's more forgiving if you start to mess up

Tin snips worked great for me when i did my old warrior plastics . IF i did it again i would try the hot razor blade
