Depends on how much your willing to spend,

Roll Design,LSR,Houser,Gibson,Walsh, are all good stems.

ill spend whatever for a good anti vibe steering stem they're nice. what brand you reccomend?

Well if you put it that way I reccomend Roll Design, I paid $350 for the stem and $90 for the clamps you cant beat the quality and customer service of Roll Design, but if you wanna go a different route Motosport Outlet I think have a handlebar/Stem combo you could check that out but idk if they still have that or not.
