I 'am trying to change the front sprocket on my 86r it had a 12 on it and in the box of parts that came with it had a 13 but it looks like it needs a spacer in behind it to make it work the 13 is skinnier then the 12 that bolts right up, is there such a thing as a spacer?

I have a 15 that requires a spacer, its 1 or 2mm. I don't know where to get it. I think the dirtbike sprockets required spacers and trx ones didn't.

generally the trx sprocket is designed with the spacer made onto it.

i would not run a thinner sproket. that will just cause you problems in the long run. unless yours is stock. But i dont buy my sprockers online i go to the honda shop and get one thats wide enough to get all the splines. i have spun splines off the shaft once. not fun.
