Alright I know you Arizona people have it easy being able to ride your quads down the road without the fear of being arrested, lucky *******s. I was just wondering if any one from Michigan has seen a street legal ATV/UTV driving around.

legislation passed recently allowing atv/utv's to drive on most county roads north of M57. Now these roads just have to be designated by the road commision for you to be able to ride on them.

they posted some recent legislation in ohio allowing some cities to allow you to drive golf carts n such on the roads but no atv's. it would be nice to see some actions to support atv's for road use..

3or4 are you sure it was north of M57? I thought it was north of US 10.

The only problem with the new laws is when you are out riding its almost impossible to keep track of which roads and towns are legal and which are not

well i seen a map of the state and i assumed 57 was the cutoff but it could have been 10, ya i know it will be awhile before every county gets all the roads designated.....

if i got pulled over i would just say i thought this road was ok to drive on, they wouldnt really have a case giving you a ticket being that it would be the road commisions fault for not having it designated yet

I thought it was 10 also, north of Bay City.
