Will my stock chain guide work with an aftremarket swing arm skid plate(i.e. pro armour, ricochet) or do i need to get a different one

I've got the pro armor swingarm skid plate, it replaces all the stock gaurds. You won't have to buy any additional gaurds.

When you put on the pro armor skidplate on did you take your stock chain guide off?

with a skid plate you dont need a chain guard nothing can get to it to knock it off

thats what the instuctions said. The pro armor skid plate protects the area where the chain guide use to be.

How much ground clearance was lost with the pro armor?

i did loose some clearance, but to be honest, i really cant notice.
