which one is more duable and worth the price?.......do they come with the mounting kits?

I got my powermadds from rox racing, they came with nice billet mounts and i love them! you can also get the wrap around pieces so it also conects to the end of your handlebars. i'v never had any experience with acerbis though..

I know people who have had both and they both hold up well... I would say either are a good choice and it really just comes down to which one you think will look best on ur quad.
