installing exhaust

My Full system HMF sport series exhaust was dilivered! wanted to know if there was anything i should look out for while instaling and changing the jets? or anything i should check or do while i have it all apart?

thats nice i wish mine still looked like that!spray it with wd40 after you wash it and keep it clean.


you may want to get new head studs/nuts if theyre rusty.

for the carb just push down hard on the brass screws cause theyre really soft and easy to strip.you may want spray you carb with carb cleaner to while your in theyre too just in case any dirt got in while the cover was off.

just the pipes is what he meant....but if i were you i'll look into powercoating the pipe, there is some fairly new power out there that is clear and for high heat. it's a bit on the costly side though.
