i need new tires and i am undecided on what to get. i do alot of trail riding so i want something that will be good in mud, soft dirt, etc. i need to be able to break them loose if need be and still slide. give me your opinions on what to get. i want a 21/22" front and a 20" rear.

you might look into the GBC X Rex they perform extreamly close to the Razr 2 fronts and inbetween the razr and razr 2 rear.

ive found that 22s and even 23s hold the ground alot better
i run holeshot XCR on front 23/7/10

ive tried ALOT of different tires in my years of riding. if you arent racing, a new set of 400ex rear tires will do this for you: they hook up really well in a straight line, you can slide them around with ease, and they are very comfortable because they are radials. for the fronts, my favorite are razr2s. tough as nails, they grip in anything and they steer pretty lightly, plus they last. i havnt tried the GBC tires yet, but i think i will when my current tires wear out. ive been running the holeshot gncc rears lately and they have some good points and some bad. they hook up even better than the 501s which surprised me, even in the sloppy stuff. but if you are trying to slide the rear end, you better have some power in the throttle and STAY IN IT!!! if you let up in the middle of a slide, say hello to high side, lol. also, they wear pretty fast. i still want to try some I-razrs, they look like a great tire, but they cost.

i just put razr 1s on the rear of mine and stock 450r dunlop fronts when i bought my quad from the dealer he gave the fronts to me for free and they are brand new never mounted the razrs are very tough and hardly ware but razr 2s are the best on the rear
