2001 400ex
mods include:
426 11:1 hi compression wiesco piston
barnett clutch
newer head
aftermarket timing chain
newer oil tank
trinity stage IV shorty pipe
renthal sproket
msr clutch handle
works triple rate front shocks
lonestar +4 axle
protaper bars
white bros nerf bars and seat cover
maier white race plastics
blingstar bumper- has been welded
2 sets tires- 1 set is bald, 1 set has rear holeshots
also have 20" front rims with holeshots (painted black), and 1 extra stock rear tire (lost 2nd)
quad has a few problems nothing major, most have been repaired by me-
may need new battery- was replaced a year ago without much use but doesnt hold good charge
needs A-arm bushings
1 shock has slow leak
1 rear holeshot leaks
head leaks a little ( even with new gaskets- but head and clyinder are great condition)
may need new valve seals- oil leaks into head and sometimes fouls plug if it sits awhile
extra parts- many tires, stock rear axle, k+n filter, stock pipe, service manual
runs strong and is very fast, just needs some head work, shock rebuild and battery
