is it true that 20 in tires are really 18 1/2? what are 22in tires then? am i goin to loose a lot of clearence going from 22in to 20 in? hope not

20's are 20's, i think JB400exxx meant that his were wore down, goin froma 22 to a 20, you'll lose a little, but most people run 20's, so its not that big a deal for ground clkeareance i dont think.

22's are 22's, 18's are 18's etc..... different tire companies vary + or - about half an inch. Like some 18 inch MX tires are more like 17 1/2 (like tamers.) and i heard the holeshot xcr are half an inch smaller then the xc even though they are both considered 20's. It wont vary more then just a little which is not even going to make a difference.
