how do I get a border around my pics?

Anyone want to explain how to do this?

If you have Photoshop.....

Open image

Select Image Size

Set Image size to percent 95%

Select All

Select Stroke

Select 5-10 pixels and choose color

Deselect all

Select Canvas size

Set Canvas size to percent 108% and choose color

Select Image size again and set final size and then save

thanks pappy. I use gimp so it was a little differnt but i figured it out.
