issues with goprcamera

i recently bought a motorsports go pro camera, and i dont know if im doing something wrong but i cant get it to take videos longer than 7 seconds, it takes still pictures fine the batteries are good and the card is empty, like i said i turn it on and hit record and it stops 7 seconds later any ideas???

are you running lithium batteries?
if not that is your problem. you MUST use lithium triple A batteries. regular triple A doesnt last for more than 30 seconds when i tried them in my gopro.

You NEED a 2gb SD card and lithium batteries. Camera is useless without them.

yep, lasted as long as regular AAA's.
YOU MUST USE LITHIUM. period. any other batteries arent worth a flip.

went riding today with it, and lithium batteries and it workd fine... lol where do you get a charger for the batteries??
