im wondering if a 1982 atc 250r thumb throttel would have the same pull for a 1986 trx 250r thanx

Are you wondering if it will open the carb fully? Or are you wondering about the push ratio of the lever? What size carb?

both its for a 39 mm PWk im wondering what other thumb throttels would also work for my bike thanx

I dont know for sure............did you check the cross compatibility chart? I know Neil at C-leigh racing would definitely know. Might want to p.m. him.
