help with steering stabilizer!

hey i have a gibson steering stabilizer that came n my 450r when i bought it used and i dont think that its really working at all
can you get them rebuilt or something? or should i just get a new one

some can be rebuilt some cannot...it depends on which it is...my suggestion is to call gibson and see if you can buy just the cartridge for it...if not call noss machine and see if they will sell you one...they all use the same cartridge...i think they are around $45 from noss...but his prices may have gone up on them in the last few years so...
