View Full Version : Need Graydon Nerfbar help (NOT on installation process)

Can someone please post pics and possibly measurements on the mounting bar that goes between the two nerfbars on their quad. These are GP nerfbars for a 400ex. I do not have the piece and it would be easier to make with a pic and some measurements. Thanks for any and all help!

PS, GP wants $60:rolleyes: for that piece, that's why I'm making it instead of buying it

If you mount them on like they have the peice in the middle,
couldn't you measure the length and cut the pipe to size?

yup, but don't they have some kind of mounting brackets welded onto them? I don't know that's why I'm asking. If I just got the diameter tubing and used that it would rattle. I'll figure something out. Or maybe someone can post a pic.
