Just wondering what you guys think is the best mid-top cam for a 450r its a 05 i'm building it for mx thks

The 04/05 hrc cam is a good mid to top cam.

I have loved mine. I've had it since march 04, picked my 04 up with it installed had my sparks pipe here and filter waiting to put on it.

After that it was time for suspension so I could use the power it has up top.
