I started to tear down my quad in December. i sent my frame out to get sand blasted and i had a friend weld in some gussets that my buddys dad cut out on a cnc machine. i just got everything back from sandblasting its been gone for a month.
thursday i will be picking up some paint and start painting everything this weekend.
I will get a before picture up, i didnt get any of the tear down forgot to, but ill be taking pictures from now on.
and this summer when i gradute from school its gonna get a 416, stage 2 cam, port and polish and 450r carb

if you're painting bare metal i highly recommend you get some etch primer in an aerosol can; your paint will hold up much better. you can find it at napa, autozone, etc..

yeah i am picking that up to thats went in with wat i meant for paint

good deal. just make sure you get a self-etching type primer, not just your average primer.
