Need help (Hesitation)

Hello,
With the mods below, when i smash the gas i get a hesitation.. I'm thinking i need to up my pilot jet to a 40. Any information would be helpful.

Raise the needle one notch.

sounds like ya need to raise the needle a notch, ya got a rich burst flowing in making it hesitate
